Filing a Copyright Infringement (DMCA) Notice
If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. URL, channel, or content name) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your name, address, telephone number, identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts associated with repeated, verified infringement notices may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
